pTU is an educational platform that has been plugged into your Pro Office that does not offer seamless integration at this time.
As many as you like! We encourage petPros to enroll in one course at a time so they can complete a topic before starting a new one. Once a topic is completed, the course stays in your library for you to go back to as needed for refreshed learning.
pawTree University is built on an online learning platform called Kajabi. When you download their app and give them the email address you used to enroll in pawTree University courses, your course library is now readily available on your phone or tablet.
There are a few reasons your module may not show as complete:
- If you do not completely watch a video, it will not trigger 'completed' status. In this case you will need to manually mark it as complete.
- When completing a module in the app, it may not always sync with the desktop version (or vice versa). In this case, you will just need to manually mark it as complete.
Go to the login at www.pawtreeuniversity.com/login and click the button to "Reset Your Password." You will be sent an email with directions to reset your password.
pTU is a course designed specifically for petPros who have completed enrollment into pawTree and have an official petPro ID #. It is not to be shared outside of pawTree.
